CvSU-Naic conducted a seminar-workshop entitled “Fire Safety and Drill, Earthquake, Evacuation Drill and First Aid”. The seminar-workshop was spearheaded by the Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP). The seminar undergo a seminar sponsored by CvSU-Naic at the campus multipurpose hall and ground on last February 26, 2013. The seminar entitled “Fire Safety and drill, Earthquake, Evacuation Drill and First Aid”. It was started at exactly 1:00 pm and the resource speakers were the BFP personnel, they were Mun. Fire marshal Efren E. Lopez, F01 Rhuel P. Climacoza and F01 Maritez L. Bachar. This seminar aimed to give awareness to the students and faculties when such tragedies happen. Students in high school, college and also faculty members participated in the program.

Director Esmeralda Paz Manalang, Regional Director of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), together with Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro, Vice President for Academic Affairs of CvSU system, led the ribbon cutting for the concrete pathway and the newly installed Agromet Weather Station in Mabulo Annex. It was held during the 52nd Foundation Day Celebration last February 13, 2013. Dr. Alexander F. Ferre, Campus Dean, Deans of the satellite campuses, faculty, staff and students witnessed the program.

CvSU – Naic celebrates its 52nd Foundation Day |

Last February 14, 2013, the CvSU – Naic had an excellent celebration of its 52nd Foundation Day. The first part of the program of the said special celebration was the Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service which commenced at 8 in the morning. It started by a call to worship lead by Mr. John Xavier B. Nepomuceno.
The highlight of this program is the utterance of prayers by different ministers. Ptr. Stephen P. Cagalanan was the first to pray for the church. It was followed by Rev. Fr. Monico E. Tagulao who led the prayer for the Government, the Nation and the World. To utter the words of prayer for those who are suffering, needy and sick, Bro. Ponie A. Anggo was requested. Lastly, Rev. Alexander V. Orqueza prayed for the CvSu – Naic.
