Admission Requirements and Procedure

Admission Policies

• Track-course alignment is strictly followed.
• BSFAS, BSEd, and BEEd programs require a GPA (General Point Average) of 85.00 or better.
• Transferees should have a GPA of at least 2.00 and should have no failing grades (INC, 4.0, 5.0) to be admitted to any program.

Admission Reminders

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in non-evaluation of the application:

• Multiple applications in the online and admission system;
• And deception, falsification, and dishonesty in the declaration of information and submitted requirements;
• Submission of incomplete requirements;
• Non-compliance to the instructions provided.

Admission Requirements

For Second Coursers:

• Accomplished Application Form for Admission.
• Copy of Transcript of Records.
• Copy of Honorable.
• Dismissal/Transfer Credentials.

For Senior High School Graduates:

• Accomplished Application Form for Admission.
• Copy of Grade 12 High School Report Card.

For ALS Passers:

• Accomplished Application Form for Admission.
•  Copy of Certificate of Rating (COR), Stating eligibility to enroll in college.

For Transferees:

• Accomplished Application Form for admission
• Copy of Certified of Grades or Transcript of Records

Additional Requirements upon GPA Evaluation:

• Copy of Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
• Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Copy of NBI Clearance or Police Clearance

Additional Reminders

• Only complete and correct requirements are accepted.
• Passing the admission process is required for the registration/enrollment process.

1. Access the application form link here: https://apps.cvsu.edu.ph/admission/sign-in/
2. Accomplish and download the application form. Affix your signature and attach a 1×1 picture with a name tag on the admission form.
3. Submit the required documents in hard copy at the Guidance Office on the 1^st Floor of the OSAS Building, Mondays to Thursdays from 8 AM – 5 PM.
4. Secure an admission exam permit
