The BSHM Level IV Phase 2 AACCUP Accreditation Survey Visit was conducted online by Cavite State University Naic from November 27-29, 2024. The activity was attended by the Campus Administrator, Directors, the Quality Assurance Officer, the Management Department, the BSHM Accreditation Task Force, and CvSU Naic faculty and staff.
AACCUP Accreditors, led by Atty. Dr. Carlo T. Nabo, Overall Coordinator, Faculty of College of Law and College of Public Administration in Western Mindanao State University; Dr. Ronald M. Ramirez, Team Leader, Dean of College of Business and Management in Cebu Technological University; and Dr. May Ann C. Pulgo, BSHM OJT Coordinator in Cebu Technological University, facilitated the evaluation process.
The objective of the accreditation was to assess the BSHM program’s compliance with national and international standards, aiming for the prestigious Level IV re-accredited status, the highest level of quality in Philippine academic programs.
Main points included the validation of five key areas: Research, Graduate Performance, Community Services and Impact, International Linkages and Consortia, and a Well-Developed Planning Process. Accreditors conducted interviews with beneficiaries and LGU partners of BSHM extension projects to verify documentation under Community Services and Impact. This accreditation is a testament to CvSU Naic’s commitment to academic excellence and quality assurance.
