In line with the University’s commitment to institutional excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, the Office of the Director for Administrative and Support Services/Planning and Development through the Planning Office and ISO-QMS Committee conducted the Cascading of the University Strategic Framework (2025–2028) and Operational Plan FY 2026 with ISO 9001:2015 Certification Standing Orientation for campus unit heads on February 26, 2026, at the Conference Room of the AquaBEST Building.
The activity presented the University’s Strategic Framework (2025–2028) and Operational Plan for FY 2026, which outline the institution’s priority directions, performance targets, and key initiatives for the coming year. Serving as a guiding document, the framework ensures that all programs, projects, and activities remain aligned with the University’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
The session aimed to communicate the University’s strategic directions to campus unit heads, ensure alignment of unit plans with institutional goals, and clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. It also strengthened monitoring, evaluation, and reporting mechanisms across all units, presented the organizational structures of each unit, disclosed the harmonization of quality forms and procedures, and reinforced the sustained implementation of the Quality Management System following the University’s ISO 9001:2015 certification.
