The Management Department (MD) successfully conducted an extension activity titled “Start Up Shore: Business Idea Generation for Empowering Seaside Entrepreneurs” on October 10, 2025, at Brgy. Labac, Naic, Cavite. The activity aimed to empower local microentrepreneurs and people with disabilities (PWDs) by enhancing their capacity for innovative business idea generation.
The session was facilitated by the faculty members of the Management Department, together with Ms. Anjanette M. Tecson, CvSU Naic alumna (BSHRM, Batch 2013) and proprietor of Kitchen 101. Participants actively engaged in group discussions and workshops where they developed and presented their own business ideas, guided by faculty mentors.
The event highlighted the spirit of creativity, collaboration, and community empowerment, marking another step towards sustainable livelihood development in coastal communities.
