CvSU Naic organized a Leadership Ethics Seminar for a Safe, Holistic, Inclusive, and Nurturing Working Environment to all members of its Administrative Council, February 22, at Handaan Hall Stadium Naic.
Ms. Laurice Macapaz, facilitator, led various workshops focused on self-discovery, leadership and ethics, listening, conflict resolution, organizational listening and co-creating. The whole day seminar-workshop highlighted lectures to promote organizational culture, to enhance leadership effectiveness, to support student success, to build community and collaboration, to align CvSU Naic members to its institutional goals, and most importantly to prevent workplace harassment, bullying, and discrimination.
The said activity aims to promote a safer, more holistic, more inclusive, and more nurturing Cavite State University Naic to its members and stakeholders.
