On December 15-17, 2020, Management Department of Cavite State University Naic held a training on bread and pastry making at the campus as part of the department’s 5-year extension plan.

Prior to the date of the training preparatory activities were done such as department meetings, coordination with internal offices for the training schedule and fund allocation, coordination with Brgy. Labac for possible attendees of the training.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, only five participants (from Brgy. Labac) and three trainors and four facilitators from the Management Department were able to participate in the activity.

To ensure health protocols, everyone was required to use face mask and face shield and social distancing was also observed.

The training is one of the component activities of the Hospitality Management Services and Business Management Training (HMS&BM Training) which aims to: improve skills in different hospitality services; improve knowledge in management marketing; increase income through employment, alternative sources, and productive business; and improve standard of living and quality of life.
