To strengthen academic–industry partnerships and ensure the quality of workplace learning experiences, the Management Department conducted the BSBA OJT Performance Monitoring Visit throughout May 2026.
Led by Dr. Abigael M. Miranda, BSBA OJT Coordinator, and Prof. Rhonalyn C. Papa, BSBA OJT Adviser, the visits covered various partner establishments across Metro Manila, Cavite, and Batangas, where BSBA and BSBM students are undergoing on-the-job training.
The monitoring activities focused on evaluating student performance, ensuring alignment between workplace assignments and academic learning outcomes, safeguarding student welfare, and gathering feedback from industry supervisors for the continuous enhancement of the OJT program.
Through meaningful engagement with host companies and trainees, the initiative reaffirmed CvSU Naic’s commitment to producing competent, industry-ready, and globally competitive graduates while fostering stronger collaborations with its valued industry partners.
